The 1 KW Ultimate GTI at only £ 1,300.00 inc. VAT, exc. Delivery, is our lowest priced grid tie (connects to household mains and exports any excess on to grid) Wind Turbine and can be expected to produce upwards of 2,890 KWH Per Annum*.
The 1 KW Turbine head weights 34 Kgs and really is a robust and well engineered generator, unlike some fo our competitors comparative "toys".
Here is the 1KW Generators power curve. The unit can produce as much as 1600 Watts at higher wind speeds, but at it's rated wind speed of 9 Mtrs/Sec, it will produce a guaranteed 1 KW.
With average annual household consumption at 4,700 KWH, the 1 KW Ultimate can be expected to put a major dint in your electric bill, if not completely negate those costs and with the additional incentive of Renewable Obligation Certificate Payments of 4.5 Pence per unit, the 1 KW can be expected to generate/save more than £ 433.50 Per Annum*.

This is the Grid Tie Inverter, especially designed by our Electrical Engineering Partners to cope with the highly fluctuating output of the 1 KW Turbine and to operate at or near 97% efficiency. The Inverter comes complete with software and computer connection so that all parameters of the Inverters Performance can be monitored including Total KWH Exported.
These units can also be purchased separately and are suitable for grid connecting Solar Panels and other Generating Equipment.
At a price of only £ 600, we believe these are the least expensive units on the market.
